Where It Began
Our story began with small kitchens in Manchester and Milan in 2018, with a meeting with many experts in the field of Neapolitan kitchens. From those early days of learning, tasting, and refining, we started building the menu that would become Red Basil.
Who We Are
Red Basil reflects the concept of Italian Neapolitan cuisine in a modern sense — denoting red basil as an ingredient added to classic dishes. The map and basil of Italy were the source of our inspiration for our brand. We celebrate the tradition of Naples while bringing it to life in a contemporary setting.
First in Abha
We entered the Saudi market, specifically the city of Abha, as the first branch. We are happy and proud to be the first to bring authentic Neapolitan Italian dining to this remarkable city. Abha is not just our first home in Saudi Arabia — it is where our Saudi story begins.
